SOBAL was created by Wells Fargo to promote the development of their Diversity business development and outreach programs. We were hired to design, develop, and manage this initiative for their Leaders Of Change program.
Leaders of Change takes a holistic approach in the creation of supplier development, Coaching and mentoring of emerging entrepreneurs. SOBAL was created to grow the capacity of Wells Fargo’s suppliers and invest in emerging entrepreneurs to create positive change for their communities.
We designed and developed a web-based solution involving a community based front-end for interaction and collaboration. Custom web applications such as online SWOT tools, digital management analytics, mobile development platform and customer support platforms were made available participating members for implementation in their businesses.
